With more than two decades of settlement experience, we have excellent relationships with numerous banks, brokers, and other financial institutions. We meet with clients in their homes, offices, banks, and even local restaurants and coffeehouses; wherever and whenever is convenient for each client. Our title representatives work with home buyers and home sellers individually, such as in a for-sale-by-owner closing, as well as with buyers and their brokers, agents, or other representatives. In addition to providing title insurance, we order certifications such as water, sewer, mortgage payoffs and taxes that are required before you buy a home.
